One-day Only Conference Registration includes access to all plenary and summit sessions as well as the luncheon on the day of registration. Admission to the Chair’s Arts and Culture Reception is included with Tuesday Only registration.
Bring a colleague! Get a $50 team discount on the second and all additional registration when you register two or more individuals from the same organization. After registering the first individual, please contact MRA Services at email@example.com to receive the discount code. The team discount applies only to full conference registrations and cannot be combined with one-day only, student or Alumni registrations.
By Credit Card – Your credit card information is protected through a secured encryption process. CHCI accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
By Check – This option is available until September 12, 2014. After September 12, 2014 a credit card will be required to register for the CHCI Public Policy Conference. Make checks payable to CHCI, Attn: Estefanie Maldonado, 300 M Street, SE, Suite 510, Washington, DC 20003
By Invoice – If your organization requires an invoice in order to process your registration, simply click on “pay by check” during the checkout process and an invoice will be automatically produced. Please make the check payable to CHCI, Attn: Estefanie Maldonado, 300 M Street, SE, Suite 510, Washington, DC 20003.
Substitutions – Individuals who register for the Conference and subsequently find they can no longer attend are encouraged to send a substitute from their organization. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. Please provide the name of the person for whom you are substituting in your email.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Refund Policy - All refund requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for refunds will be granted through Tuesday, September 2, 2014 less a $50 processing fee. After Tuesday, September 2, 2014 all sales are final. Refunds for payments made by check will be issued within 30 days post conference. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be issued within three business days.
