Bring a colleague! Get a $50 team discount on the second and all additional registrations when you register two or more individuals from the same organization. After registering the first individual, please contact MRA Services at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the discount code. The team discount applies only to full conference registration packages at the Corporate and Government/Nonprofit levels.
By Credit Card – Your credit card information is protected through a secured encryption process. CHCI accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
By Check – This option is available until August 26, 2016. After August 26, 2016 a credit card will be required to register for CHCI’s Hispanic Heritage Month Events. Make checks payable to CHCI, Attn: Estefanie Maldonado, 1128 16th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036.
By Invoice – If your organization requires an invoice in order to process your registration, simply click on “pay by check” during the checkout process and an invoice will be automatically produced. Please make the check payable to CHCI, Attn: Estefanie Maldonado, 1128 16th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036.
Substitutions – Individuals who register for the Conference and subsequently find they can no longer attend are encouraged to send a substitute from their organization. Please email email@example.com if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. Please provide the name of the person for whom you are substituting in your email.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund Policy - All refund requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. Requests for refunds will be granted through August 26, 2016 less a $50 processing fee. After August 26, 2016 all sales are final. Refunds for payments made by check will be issued within 30 days post conference. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be issued within three business days.
